Inclusense Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Introduction

Inclusense.eu. Working under computer Tech Experts Ltd ("Computer Tech Experts," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") welcomes you ("You," "Affiliate," or "Potential Affiliate") to participate in our Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, You agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement").

Please carefully review these Terms before registering as an Affiliate. By signing up, You acknowledge Your acceptance of these Terms. If You do not agree, You should not register or participate in the Program.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated through a notice on Our website. Continued participation in the Program, including acceptance of commissions, constitutes Your agreement to any updated Terms.

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of Your account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. Participation in the Program is solely at Your own risk.

Affiliate Program Overview

As an Inclusense Affiliate, You will earn commissions for each qualifying purchase of Inclusense's accessibility widgets made through Your unique affiliate link or ID ("Affiliate Link") after the signup.

Affiliate Account

Registration & Account Information

To join the Program, You must complete the Affiliate Registration Form at https://Inclusense.eu/affiliates-program-register/. Upon approval,

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including full name, email address, website URL, and payment details. Inclusense reserves the right to verify information and approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. Inclusense is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to Your account.

Each account is intended for a single individual. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. Automated account creation or operation is not allowed and may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Termination

Inclusense may suspend or terminate accounts due to inactivity or insufficient sales. Affiliates may request account closure by emailing affiliate@Inclusense.eu

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
  • Affiliates must uphold Inclusense's reputation and not engage in defamatory, misleading, or unethical practices.
  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.
  • Affiliates may not promote Inclusense on websites containing illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.

Commissions & Payments

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission for each qualifying purchase. Inclusense reserves the right to adjust the commission structure with 14 days' notice to Affiliates.

Payment Terms

  • Cookies for tracking are stored for 60 days.
  • Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or third party tool.
  • Commissions are only paid for completed and non-refunded purchases.

Inclusense may deduct fraudulent or non-qualifying transactions from Your commission balance.

Bank Details & Data Use

To process your commission payments via bank transfer, we collect and store your bank account holder name, IBAN number, routing number, bank name, bank postal code, bank address, and bank country. Your IBAN number and routing number are encrypted at rest, while other bank details are stored in plain text. This information is used solely to send funds to you and is not shared with third parties unless required for payment processing. The data is stored securely in our internal database and is accessible only by authorized administrative personnel.

All bank details are stored using encryption at rest and are only accessible to authorized personnel. Our systems also use HTTPS encryption for all data transfers.

We may share your bank data with third-party payment service providers, solely for the purpose of processing affiliate payments. All such processors are GDPR-compliant and operate under data processing agreements with us.

In the event of a data breach involving your personal data, we will notify the appropriate data protection authority within 72 hours, and inform you promptly if the breach poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

We process your bank details under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), as this information is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligation to pay you commissions.

We will retain your banking information only as long as necessary for commission processing. If your account is closed, we will delete your bank details within 30 days unless required to retain them for legal or accounting purposes.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU-based affiliate, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Branding & Public Representation

Affiliates may not misrepresent their relationship with Inclusense or publicly announce their participation in the Program without prior written approval.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, and branding related to Inclusense remain the exclusive property of Inclusense. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing materials.

Disclaimer & Warranties

Inclusense provides the Program on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free tracking.

Limitation of Liability

Inclusense is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Your participation in the Program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inclusense harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Your participation in the Program.

Termination

Inclusense may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, You must cease using Affiliate Links and remove all promotional materials referencing Inclusense.
